Referral Incentive Agreement
This Referral Incentive Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Tidewater Cabinetry (“Company”) and the undersigned referral partner (“Referrer”).
1. Referral Eligibility
A referral is considered valid if:
The Referrer introduces a new client who has not previously done business with Tidewater Cabinetry.
The referral is communicated to Tidewater Cabinetry prior to or at the time of the client’s initial contact.
The referred client enters into a contract with Tidewater Cabinetry for a project with a minimum contract value of $5,000.
The project is completed and paid in full by the client.
2. Referral Incentive
For each qualifying referral, the Referrer will receive the greater of $250 or 3% of the sold job value, calculated on the base contract amount (excluding taxes, change orders, or additional services unless otherwise agreed).
Payment will be issued within 30 days of Tidewater Cabinetry receiving final payment from the client.
3. Independent Relationship
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the parties.
4. Non-Exclusivity
This Agreement is non-exclusive. The Referrer is free to work with and refer clients to other companies.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep client information and project details confidential.
6. Modification or Termination
Tidewater Cabinetry reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time. Any referrals submitted prior to termination will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of referral.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
